Mr. Frank Johänning is the Global Market Manager of Transportation and Aerospace at Quadrant. Frank leads the development of new products and technologies in close cooperation with key customer and leading market players and coordinates the segment specific activities worldwide. Frank holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Aachen, Germany with various commercial and marketing roles for specialty chemicals like coating additives or specialty lubricants.
Mr. Jim Hebel

Mr. Jim Hebel is the Manager of Technical Service and Application Development at Quadrant EPP. He consults with engineers and end users providing solutions to their technical and design related application challenges regarding advanced engineered thermoplastic materials, including material selection, specification, and plastics training.
Prior to his career at Quadrant EPP, Mr. Hebel worked for US Gypsum Company as an Engineer & Department Manager and United States Department of Defense as an Engineer of Submarine Acoustics. Mr. Hebel holds a degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a 1994 graduate of The Catholic University of America with a MS Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Rick Hilblom

Mr. Rick Hilblom is the North American Aerospace Market Manager at Quadrant EPP. He works directly with key engineers within the Aerospace and Defense Markets assisting in the specification of advanced plastic and polymer materials. He spends much of his time in the Wind and Photovoltaic Energy Markets as well.
A member of the Sierra Chapter of SAMPE, he has over 30 years experience in the design of polymer based components and the processing of polymers. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and received his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Martin Wojtysiak is the Strategic Accounts Manager for Piper Plastics Aerospace.
Martin J. Wojtysiak (Colonel, ret.) retired in June, 2012, after 30 years of service in the USAF. He was a command pilot with more than 4,000 hours in the KC-10A, T-38A and C-12C. Martin graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1982. He has post-graduate degrees from Auburn University and the Air War College.
